Concert, soloist and event sponsors are a great way for businesses and individuals to support the Mendocino Music Festival and to be recognized as leading supporters of the arts in Northern California.

Sponsorships for evening concerts range from $1,250 to $1,750. Sponsorships for daytime concerts and soloists are $500. Benefits include tickets to concerts, recognition in our season brochure and souvenir program, links and descriptions of your business on our website. Sustainable Fund
You can establish a lasting legacy with a gift to the Mendocino Music Festival Sustainable Fund. Contributions to the Sustainable Fund are invested and the principal remains intact while earned interested is used by the Festival to offset annual operating expenses

The Mendocino Music Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that welcomes and greatly appreciates donations of any size. All donations are tax deductible to the amount allowed by law.
       
Join the Tent Society
Behind the thrill of experiencing the Mendocino Music Festival tent is the Herculean task of preparing the tent by building the stage and installing lights, sound equipment, chairs, and all the trappings of a concert hall. All the basics such as water, sanitation, and power must be brought to the site. Afterwards, this hall must be dismantled and all the equipment stored. Setting up and taking down the tent is far more labor intensive and expensive than renting a performance hall. The expenses incurred are close to $80,000.

The Mendocino Music Festival Board of Directors doesn't want the festival to lose the tent. It is unique and extraordinary. This year for the first time a way has been instituted for patrons to show support specifically for this singular highlight of the Mendocino Music Festival. The Board has announced an important new membership club called the "Tent Society". Members will receive a "Tent Pin" with a gemstone representing their level of donation. In this way, everyone who supports the festival can show their support for the tent. A donation of $10.00 or more will let members show off their personal pride in "their" tent. It is hoped that by the end of the festival everyone will be wearing a Tent Pin.

Volunteer at the Festival:
We love our volunteers! The Mendocino Music Festival is fortunate to have the generous support and good will of over 300 volunteers each season. Our volunteer sign up day is Saturday, May 17, 2008 at the Mendocino Recreation Center on the corner of Pine & School Streets. If you would like to receive information about the sign up day or more information about volunteer opportunities, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Otto Graham at otto@mcn.org
       
Host a musician:
Every year residents open their homes and hearts to visiting musicians and performers. Some guests stay two days, others two weeks; some bring spouses and others come alone. Although many of our visiting musicians have stayed with the same host families since the first Festival in 1987, we are always looking for new hosts.
